Scale profitable advertising spend while protecting margin, with reporting tied to metrics we define together up front.

UNITIX Agency runs Amazon PPC for brands that want a specialist team on the account rather than another tool to operate themselves. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display are planned, launched, and optimized together, with keyword research and bid management handled daily rather than in monthly batches.

Campaigns are reported against metrics agreed with you before work begins, so you can see what changed, what it cost, and what it returned.

Search advertising reaches people who are already looking. When the constraint becomes reach rather than efficiency, the next channel is Amazon DSP, which is a separate platform rather than a larger budget on this one.

What the fee follows

The fee follows how many products we manage, not how much you spend on advertising. A month where the budget doubles is not a month where the invoice doubles, and nothing in the way we are paid rewards spending more of your money. What we charge is agreed before work begins, alongside the metrics the work will be judged against.

What we do not promise

No guaranteed number of sales, and no guaranteed ACoS or ROAS. Too much of the outcome sits outside the advertising account: competition in the category, your pricing, your stock position, and how well the listing converts the traffic it already gets. What is committed instead is narrower and checkable. Targets are agreed before work begins. Targeting and exclusions are managed so the spend concentrates on searches that produce sales. Every week you get a written account of what changed and why.

An agency that promises a number before it has seen the account is describing a hope, not a plan.

Where this work stops

Advertising buys attention. It does not fix what happens after the click, and saying so early saves a quarter of wasted spend.

If the listing is what limits performance, the work belongs in listing design before more budget goes into the campaigns. If the constraint is reach rather than efficiency, meaning search is already profitable and there is no more demand to buy in the search box, the next channel is Amazon DSP, which is a separate platform rather than a larger budget on this one. If the demand is not on Amazon at all, external traffic is judged on marketplace results rather than on its own platform metrics, because the same team runs both. And if it is not yet clear which of those applies, that is what a marketplace audit is for.

What the published accounts show

Fourteen of our published case studies are Amazon PPC accounts, each with the period it covers, what it is compared against, and the figures as they stood. They run from a launch nobody could see to a catalogue turning over $201 million, across furniture, supplements, pet products, automotive, apparel, garden and kitchen. Three of them appear further down this page; the rest are on the case studies page, and every one names the months it measures rather than presenting a number without a date.

What UNITIX SOFT does on your account

UNITIX SOFT is our own software, published in Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore. Your account is managed inside it, and it does three jobs.

It reads the account at the level decisions are made. Performance is broken out by portfolio, campaign, placement, targeting, search term, and negative targeting, so a problem can be traced to the placement or the term causing it rather than inferred from a campaign total.

It gives two views of every product. A Daily View for tactical checks, and a Standard View for reading a trend across a period. Most tools give one and force you to choose between reacting to noise and missing a change.

It proposes changes against rules, and waits. A rule is written as a condition and an action: if CPC is above a threshold and click-through is below one, propose a lower bid. The software monitors the account continuously, groups what it finds, and puts the suggested changes in front of a specialist.

The last part is the point. Automation software applies the change; UNITIX SOFT proposes it and a specialist decides. A rule that is correct nine times out of ten is still wrong on the tenth account, and on Amazon the tenth is usually the one carrying the category.

How this works

  1. 01

    Launch and setup

Campaign structure, targeting, and initial bids are built against the metrics we agree with you before anything goes live.

  2. 02

    Daily optimization

Bids, search terms, and budgets are managed continuously to protect ACoS rather than reviewed in monthly batches.

  3. 03

    Listing recommendations

Where conversion is limiting performance we tell you what to change on the listing, not just in the ad account.

  4. 04

    Weekly reporting

A written report each week covering what moved, what we changed, and why.

  5. 05

    Twice-monthly review call

A scheduled call with your named Account Manager, in addition to the written reporting.

  6. 06

    Supported by UNITIX SOFT

Throughout, our specialists work in UNITIX SOFT, our own software. It reads the account down to campaign, placement, targeting, and search-term level, and proposes bid and targeting changes against rules the team sets. Every proposed change is reviewed by the specialist before it is applied.

What we need from you

Is this a fit?

Good fit

  • A fit for sellers at any size, from a first product to brands turning over millions. What we charge depends on how many products we manage, not on your ad spend. Amazon KDP titles are advertised under this same service.

Questions we get asked

Will I have access to the advertising account?

Yes. All the work happens inside your own advertising account, which you keep access to at all times. You grant us permission to manage the campaigns; you never lose control of the account or the data in it.

What is the difference between campaign setup and optimization?

Setup is where we build the campaigns from keyword research: structure, targeting, and initial bids. Optimization is the ongoing work after launch, where we read the reports and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets based on how the campaigns are actually performing.

Do I have any guarantees?

No. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, or a particular ACoS or ROAS, because factors outside advertising affect the outcome: competition in your category, your pricing, your inventory, and the quality of your listing content. What we do commit to is agreeing targets with you before work begins, managing targeting and exclusions so spend concentrates on relevant searches, and reporting what changed and why.

Can you lower my ACoS?

That is what the optimization work is for: cutting keywords that do not convert, adjusting bids, and applying negative keywords so spend concentrates on the searches that produce sales. How far ACoS can move depends on your category, price point, and listing quality, so we set a realistic target with you after reviewing the account rather than promising a number up front.

Can you increase my sales?

The route to more sales is making the existing budget work harder and expanding into search terms that convert. Efficiency gains free up spend, and keyword expansion puts your product in front of buyers it was not reaching. What that produces depends on your product and market, which is why we agree the metrics before starting.

What budget should I plan for?

It depends on your goals. We analyze which campaigns will meet them and recommend a budget based on testing, using conversion rate, CTR, CPC, and the traffic volume Amazon is actually giving your listings. You get the reasoning, not just a number.

What do you charge?

The fee follows how many products we manage, not how much you spend on advertising. It is agreed before work begins, alongside the metrics the work will be judged against.

Can you run ads for all products on all marketplaces at once?

It is possible, but advertising everything everywhere needs a large budget. We recommend starting with your best-selling products, so you see a return first and can confirm the approach works. Once that is proven, we scale it across the catalog.

Can you copy what my competitors are doing in their campaigns?

No, and nobody honestly can. Amazon does not expose competitors' campaign data without account access, so any agency claiming to replicate a competitor's setup is guessing. Every ASIN has a different history, and what worked for one product often fails for another. Our approach is to find the cheapest relevant traffic for your listing and build from there.

Do you only work with Amazon PPC?

Amazon PPC is our main specialization, but we also run external traffic to speed up sales and organic ranking: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Bing. Because the same team runs both, external campaigns are judged on marketplace results rather than on their own platform metrics.
