Privacy Policy

Last modified July 31, 2026.

Unitix Agency LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates unitix.pro (the “Site”) and is the controller of the personal information described here. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This page explains what personal information we collect from people who use the Site, how we use it, and when we disclose it.

We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, to provide and improve the Site, and, where you have opted in, to send you marketing. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.

Information we collect and how we use it

When you submit the contact form we ask for your name, email address, company, role, the marketplaces you sell on, and what you need help with. We use that to reply to you and to prepare for a call.

If you contact us by other means, we hold whatever you choose to send us, which may include a postal address or phone number.

We may share non-personal, non-confidential identifiers, such as an advertiser or seller ID, with third parties for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.

Log data

Like most site operators, we collect the information your browser sends whenever you visit the Site (“Log Data”). This may include your IP address, browser type and version, which pages of the Site you visit, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on those pages, and similar statistics.

Cookies, analytics, and your consent

Cookies are small files, which may include an anonymous identifier, sent from a website to your browser and stored on your device.

Nothing analytical runs before you agree to it. When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Analytics events are only sent if you accept; if you decline, or simply do not answer, no analytics call is made at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key unitix-consent . That value stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Where analytics is enabled and you have consented, we use Google Analytics 4. Google acts as a processor for that data; see Google’s privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data for unitix.pro in your browser, which removes the stored choice and shows the banner again. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies entirely; some parts of the Site may then not work.

Your rights over your data

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have previously given.

To exercise any of these, email us at customer@unitix.pro. We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose your information to somebody else.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done lawfully before you withdrew it, and we may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep what you send us for five years, then delete it: your enquiry, the correspondence that follows, and the record of it in our CRM. If the law requires us to keep something longer, we keep that item for as long as it requires and no longer.

Website analytics are different, and shorter. Google Analytics holds user-level data for 14 months and then deletes it. That window restarts while someone keeps visiting, so it measures time since a person was last here rather than time since their first visit.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.

Why we are allowed to use your information

Where the GDPR applies to you, these are the grounds we rely on:

  • Answering your enquiry: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and performance of that contract if we go on to work together.
  • Analytics: your consent, given through the banner and withdrawable at any time.
  • Marketing emails: your consent, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
  • Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site available and protecting it from abuse.
  • Keeping records we are required to keep: compliance with a legal obligation.

Who else processes your information

We use a small number of service providers, who process information on our instructions and not for their own purposes:

  • UNITIX SOFT CRM: our own client management system, where enquiries and client records are held.
  • Google Analytics 4: website analytics, and only where you have consented.
  • HostGator.com, LLC: email. We send and receive mail through the SMTP and IMAP server at mail.unitix.pro.
  • DigitalOcean, LLC: hosting for our CRM, our database, and files you upload to us, in their Frankfurt region in Germany.

We are a United States company, so information you send us is processed in the United States and may be processed by providers in other countries.

Governing law and complaints

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Unitix Agency LLC is registered.

Wyoming does not have a general consumer privacy statute. Which rights apply to you therefore depends on where you are: residents of California and other states with privacy legislation have the rights those laws grant, and visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK have GDPR rights, which apply to us because we offer services to people there.

If something is wrong, please contact us first, most issues are quicker to fix directly. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK and remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority for the country you live in. In the United States, privacy complaints against companies are handled by the Federal Trade Commission.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to send you newsletters, marketing, or other material that may interest you. You can opt out of any or all of these at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send.

When we disclose information

We will disclose your Personal Information where required by law or subpoena, or where we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to a reasonable request from law enforcement, or protect the security and integrity of the Site.

If UNITIX Agency is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will give notice before that happens and before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Security

The security of your Personal Information matters to us, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect it, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites we do not operate. If you follow a third-party link you will be taken to that site, and we strongly advise you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.

UNITIX Agency has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us Personal Information, please contact us. If we find that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we delete it from our servers immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we advise you to review it periodically.
