A catalog that is complete, indexed for the searches that matter, and fixed quickly when Amazon flags something.

Most catalog problems on Amazon are quiet. A variation drops off the listing, a content update is rejected, a title gets cut on mobile, a backend term field is left empty. None of it shows up as an error you would notice, and all of it costs sales. Account management is the work of owning the catalog so those problems get found and fixed, and so every listing is written for the searches that actually bring buyers.

What we do inside your account

We work in Seller Central as an invited user, with permissions limited to listing work. That covers creating new products and variations, rewriting listing content for search, uploading images, video, and A+ Content, running experiments, and fixing listings Amazon has suppressed or blocked. Keyword research starts from Amazon Brand Analytics and the account's own search term data.

Listing work sits next to advertising, not apart from it. Advertising buys the click, and the listing decides whether the click becomes a sale. That is why this service is usually run together with Amazon PPC management, and why the creative side, photography and A+ design, is covered in A+ Content and listing design.

Access we request, and what we never touch

We ask only for the permissions the work needs, and nothing that exposes buyer data or money.

  • Requested: Manage Inventory and Add a Product, Add Products via Upload, Upload Inventory, Image Management, Upload and Manage Videos, Item Classification Guide, A+ Content Manager, Manage Your Experiments, Review Listing Changes, Brand Analytics, Business Reports, Account Health, Voice of the Customer, Appeals, and Manage Your Cases.
  • Never requested: orders, buyer messaging, buyer personal data, payments and invoices, tax settings, pricing, or the authority to accept agreements on your behalf.

You can see and change our permissions at any time in Seller Central under User Permissions. How we handle the data we do see is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Who runs it

The service is led by Daria Andrushchak, Account Manager at UNITIX Agency, who is your day-to-day contact and usually the first to spot when something on the account looks wrong. Keyword, copy, and creative work is done by the same specialists who run our listing and advertising services.

UNITIX Agency is listed in Amazon's own Service Provider Network under Account Management, and is an Amazon Ads Verified Partner. Our clients rate us 5.0 across 59 reviews on Clutch. More credentials are on our recognition page.

In practice

On a multi-variation furniture launch, titles and copy were rewritten for the segments that mattered for indexation, and main images were tested against each other for click-through rate. When Amazon began blocking individual variations for missing compliance certificates, the listing lost reviews and conversion with them. The client supplied the certificates, the variations came back, and the work turned to recovering the listing. Profit rose 2.89x from May to August 2026.

On a pet supplements launch, 69.1% of sessions came from mobile, so the listing was judged mainly on a phone, where every image and line of copy has less room to earn trust. That is the kind of detail the monthly review is for.

How this works

  1. 01

    Catalog and access review

We agree which marketplaces and ASINs are in scope, request only the Seller Central permissions that work needs, and audit the current catalog for errors, suppressed listings, and missing attributes.

  2. 02

    Keyword research

We build the keyword map for each product from Amazon Brand Analytics and search term data, so the copy is written around what shoppers actually type.

  3. 03

    Listing build and optimization

New listings and variations are created through Add a Product or flat files. Existing ones are rewritten: title, bullets, description, backend terms, and images.

  4. 04

    Testing and fixes

Main images and titles are tested in Manage Your Experiments where the brand qualifies. Suppressions, rejected updates, and catalog errors are fixed or escalated to Seller Support.

  5. 05

    Monthly review

Each month we compare sessions and conversion per ASIN against the pre-change baseline and agree the next round of changes with you.

What we need from you

  1. 01Seller Central user access with the listing permissions listed on this page, granted by the account's primary user
  2. 02Product data, compliance documents, and certificates that Amazon asks for
  3. 03Approval of copy and imagery before major changes go live

Is this a fit?

Good fit

  • A fit for brands on Seller Central that need someone to own the catalog: new launches, multi-variation products, or an existing catalog with errors and listings that rank below their potential. Scope is set per marketplace and number of ASINs.

Questions we get asked

What access do you need to my Seller Central account?

A user invitation with listing permissions only: inventory and product management, flat file uploads, images and video, A+ Content, Manage Your Experiments, Brand Analytics, business reports, account health, appeals for listings, and support cases. We do not request access to orders, buyer messages, buyer personal data, payments, tax settings, or the authority to accept agreements on your behalf.

Do you handle buyer data?

No. Listing work does not need it, so we do not request any role that exposes buyer names, addresses, or order details. Data we do see, such as sales and traffic reports, is used only to run your account and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can you create listings in bulk?

Yes. Large catalogs and multi-variation products are built through Amazon's flat file templates, then checked in the upload processing report until every row is accepted.

What happens when Amazon suppresses a listing?

We find the cause in the account, usually a missing attribute, an image or content policy issue, or a compliance document, fix what is in our control, and open a Seller Support case or an appeal where Amazon has to act. If a document only you can supply is missing, we tell you exactly which one.

Who will manage my account?

Daria Andrushchak, Account Manager at UNITIX Agency, leads the work and is your day-to-day contact. Copy, keyword, and creative work is done by the specialists behind our listing and advertising services.

Can I remove your access?

Yes, at any time. The primary user of your Seller Central account can change or remove our permissions in User Permissions, and access ends when the engagement ends.
