Six Amazon agencies say they built their own software. One built it for Amazon.
We took Clutch's Amazon Leaders Matrix, all fifteen, and checked what each agency can prove about its software, its Amazon partner status and its DSP work. Screenshots and sources for every line.

Clutch publishes a Leaders Matrix for Amazon marketing and advertising agencies: fifteen companies plotted on focus and ability to deliver, with the ratings dated on the page itself. On 7 September 2026 it carried fifteen names, ours among them.
A matrix tells you who is on the list. It does not tell you what any of them can prove, and the words every Amazon PPC agency uses about itself are the same words. So we took the same fifteen and checked four things a brand can verify about an Amazon advertising agency without booking a call: whether the agency publishes Amazon DSP as a service, whether it claims software of its own, whether that software can actually be reached, and whether it carries Amazon's own partner marks.
The most common claim in this market turned out to be the least checkable one.
Clutch plots the agencies on focus and ability to deliver. This plots them on what a stranger can open. The rest of this page is how each mark was earned.
How this was checked
Every site was opened in a browser rather than fetched, because half of them are single-page applications where a plain request returns an empty shell. "Not published" would then be a finding about our tooling rather than about the agency. For each company we read the homepage and up to four more pages its own navigation offered: services, Amazon, about, team, platform.
We recorded, per agency: an Amazon DSP service page, a claim of proprietary software or tools, any link to a place where that software can be seen (Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore, G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, or a product page of the agency's own), Amazon's partner marks, and work beyond Amazon.
Where we found nothing, the table below says "none found" rather than "none exists". Five pages is five pages. Every agency here is welcome to a correction, and we will date it.
One name among the fifteen, Sellozo, is a software product rather than an agency, so it is described as what it is.
Finding one: six say they built software, two can show it, one of those built it for Amazon
Six of the agencies say, in their own words, that they have proprietary tools, an in-house platform or their own AI. Laser Sight Digital names its tool, which is rarer and better: the "Sightline AI Engine, our proprietary AI creative pipeline". Amazon Growth Lab has "in-house innovations, our proprietary tools, crafted by our engineers". Olifant Digital has "proprietary AI systems". Acadia describes platform partnerships rather than a product of its own.
Then the check. Of those claims, how many lead to software a buyer could open, price, and read strangers' reviews of?
Two. Netpeak is one, and it is the most substantial software story on the list: Serpstat, an SEO platform it says has 800,000 users, plus Ringostat for call tracking and Netpeak Spider for site audits. All public products with their own sites and their own customers.

Netpeak, netpeak.us, read 7 September 2026.
Read the products, though, and none of them is for Amazon. Serpstat is SEO, Ringostat is telephony, Spider crawls websites. Useful software, built by the same company, aimed somewhere else.
Which leaves one piece of Amazon advertising software on this list that a stranger can open, and in the interest of the disclosure this page is built on, it is ours.

UNITIX Agency, unitix.pro, read 7 September 2026. The row below the fold links to UNITIX Soft in Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore and to its G2 profile.
This is not an accusation that the other four invented their software. Most agencies of any size have scripts, dashboards and internal tooling, and calling that proprietary technology is ordinary marketing rather than a lie. The distinction is narrower and it matters when you are choosing: a tool you can open, price and read strangers' reviews of is a different asset from a tool that exists as a sentence on a homepage. One of the two survives the agency losing the person who built it.
So when an agency tells you it has its own platform, ask what we asked here. Where can I see it, and who else uses it.
Finding two: half publish Amazon DSP, half do not
Six of the fourteen publish a page for Amazon DSP, which is the shortest way to tell an Amazon DSP agency from an Amazon PPC agency: Amazon Growth Lab, ANavigator, Trivium Group, Goat Consulting, Acadia and UNITIX.
Two of those six took a second look to confirm, and the difference is worth naming because it affects how you should read any list like this. Trivium's homepage mentions DSP only in the page description, the line that shows in Google and that no visitor ever reads, and the service itself sits at /services/dsp-management/ under the name DSP Management. Laser Sight Digital goes the other way: Amazon DSP appears in the structured data its pages publish for search engines, and nowhere a visitor can see. We count Trivium and not Laser Sight, because a page a buyer can open is the thing being counted.
That is not a quality ranking either. DSP is programmatic display and video bought against Amazon's audience signals, it starts at a real budget, and an agency serving smaller brands is right not to sell it. But if reach beyond keyword search is what you are hiring for, this is the shortest filter available: half the list is out before the first call.

Trivium Group, triviumco.com/services/dsp-management, read 7 September 2026.
Finding three: Amazon's own marks are rarer than you would guess
Amazon publishes two things about agencies that anyone can check. The Ads Partner directory says who is a verified partner, and the Service Provider Network inside Seller Central says who is an approved provider. On the pages we read, five of fourteen show either: Goat Consulting, Laser Sight Digital, SmartSites, Acadia and UNITIX.

Laser Sight Digital, lasersightdigital.com, read 7 September 2026.
The mark is a low bar and it is still worth something: Amazon issues it, nobody sells it, and you can confirm it in Amazon's own listing instead of on the agency's page. Ask for the link rather than the badge image.
Finding four: most of the list is Amazon only
Four agencies show work beyond Amazon in the pages we read: Netpeak, Laser Sight Digital, Acadia and UNITIX, between them covering Walmart, Instacart, Target, TikTok Shop, eBay and Etsy. Acadia is the widest.
For a brand that sells only on Amazon this changes nothing. For a brand that has just opened Walmart, it decides whether the second channel is run by the same team reading the same numbers, or by a second agency with its own dashboard and its own version of the truth.
The table
Read across rather than down. Nobody wins a comparison of what they publish.

What this cannot tell you
Whether any of these agencies is good at the job. We have not worked with them, we have not seen their accounts, and a website is not a performance. An agency with nothing to show online can be excellent, and an agency with every mark can still put a junior on your account.
It also cannot tell you what sits behind a claim we could not check. Five pages a site is a reasonable read and it is not an audit. If you are on this list and we missed something, write to us and the entry gets corrected with the date on it.
What the table does is narrow the field before you spend a week on calls, and it leaves four questions that get useful answers from any Amazon agency, whether you are choosing an Amazon PPC agency, a full-service Amazon marketing agency or an Amazon DSP agency, on this list or not.
Where can I see your software, and who else uses it. Which Amazon partner listings name you, with the links. Do you run DSP, and at what budget does it start being worth it. And who exactly will be in my account on a Tuesday, by name.
We publish our own answers to all four. The software is UNITIX Soft, listed in Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore. The partner listings are on our recognition page. The DSP service states its entry point in the open. The fifteen people who run accounts are named with their categories.
Applying the standard to ourselves first is the only reason we get to apply it to anyone else.
