Sometimes people are coming with the question: “What should we do? We have the listing, we have the stock, the product is nice, and nothing work… No organic sales… Organic ranking is getting lower”
And then we ask “Did you have the strategy at the beginning?”
Is important to have the strategy and build it right.
Nowadays we can see fewer “solitary warriors” on Amazon.
More and more we can witness on Amazon the stage of mergers and acquisitions.
So big niches are fulfilled with powerful brands with the 60, 80, 100 products in it (means the SKU). The time of big brands, big product lines.

We consider the launch of the product - as a launch of the product line.
Even if you don’t have the money to launch the product line right now, you plan the launch of the brand. And choose the category accordingly - having enough capacity to launch several products.
So once the first product becomes successful, you launch the second, the third etc.
Why is this important? We can see the cases when people launched the products on Amazon in 2016, 2017, and being successful sellers they plan to launch more products now.
But as they didn’t have any strategy - the brand and the category was chosen in a way that it is not easy to match potentially new products with the brand, as well as add it to the product line.

Let us mention that the product lines have advantages as cross-sales, up-sales, additional sales. And these options are not available for a solitary product.
